Born in 1992, SLAP magazine was established at the dawn of a new era of skateboarding, and for nearly 20 years now we have kept our eyes on the future. With a focus beyond just the tricks, SLAP brings you a look at the whole life of a skater, from music to art to news to gossip to personalities, and of course, the good skating. Run strictly by and for skaters through a non-corporate company, SLAP embodies the DIY aesthetic of skateboarding while simultaneously advancing the standard set-up of what a skateboard magazine is and does.
